I’m so glad you’re interested!  Currently, I’m working on Basil Twist’s Rite of Spring as a puppeteer and his Asst. Director.  It’s a total blast and the show will be premiering in North Carolina this April.  If you’re interested check out this blog http://basiltwistriteofspring.blogspot.com  OR Basil’s regular website basiltwist.com

In my tiny moments of freedom I’ve been trying to get thing sorted out with the documentation from my thesis project. Soon to be publicly known as Objectification. Or something like that.  It’s without question my most ambitious undertaking as an artist thus far and I’m excited to develop it further and share it with you.

Other than that I’m busy trying to line up gigs for the remainder of 2013 and working on grants and residencies for 2014.  Once things start to firm up I’ll be sure an post all the latest news right here. Until then, do what you love or love what you do.

    September 24, 2012 | Posted By: | Friendly :) · life · Theatre |

Oh my poor neglected website…  There will be updates soon!  In fact, here are a couple right now:

    – I now live in Philadelphia, PA. West Philly if ya wanna get specific.

    – I’m ALMOST done with my MFA in Theatre @ Towson University. so close…

    – This fall I’ll be rehearsing for some exciting projects including Basil Twist’s Rite of Spring and Lee Breuer’s La Divina Caricatura.

    – I’ll be making my premiere in NYC with an ol Baltimore favorite. 21 Things I Never Told Chicago, by Julia M. Smith. It’ll be at Dixon Place. Many more details to come.  In fact, lemme know if you wanna be in it.  We need like 20 people!

It’s been an exciting summer, but I’m back at it. Making lots of new works and getting ready to spread my wings and fly once again!  Please come back again sometime. I promise that exciting things are coming.

    Objectification

    March 16, 2012 | Posted By: | Art · Friendly :) |

I just finished a day of exploration with the fabulous Anna Fitzgerald on my latest piece: Objectification.  Things are moving right a long and the project is really starting to take me in some fascinating directions.  Check out this video of a light puppet.  Not a shadow puppet, not a black light puppet. a light puppet.  I hope to have many more things to share soon.

This weekend be sure and see something fabulous.  I’m off to The House of Fitzcarraldo on Saturday!  Hurray for Kansas artists!  Also, I might see Porgy and Bess and maybe a downtown show… Who knows with NYC.

    January is an exciting time!

    January 16, 2012 | Posted By: | Art · Friendly :) · Theatre |

So it seems my website is slowly, but surely making progress.  I should have everything I’ve got up by the beginning of February, which is great!

The Puppet Slamwich at Black Cherry Puppet Theatre was wonderful!  So many cool artists… Thanks to those who were able to make it out.  I will post pictures as soon as I get some.

Tomorrow, I start work on my next original production: Objectification.  It’s a complicated one, so I’ll just be workshopping some of the concepts, but it should be a crazy time.  I look forward to posting more.

I start an internship at Centerstage this Tuesday with the wonderful Kwame Kwei-Armah, so clearly super jazzed.

I also am going to be doing some stand up comedy. So. There’s that too.

So many things to look forward to in the bleak mid-winter.
